Biztek’s new RMM seamlessly connects with our ticketing system and presents relevant, real-time data and actions to our technicians, allowing them to triage tickets quicker, enhance front-line fix rates, and resolve issues faster. We can respond more intelligently thanks to the richness of asset information coming from our RMM into our ticket system, which gives clear insights, and dashboards that address previously unknown issues.

Our current solution can take 20-30 seconds to connect to a machine, but our new RMM will allow us to do so in less than 2 seconds. Our deployment to our clients will happen quickly in September 2021. We anticipate a 90-day ramp-up period to configure our new RMM for best practices and automation. Our clients should see little to no impact on their business process while we work in the background to deploy our new RMM tool and remove the old tool in the process.
