Remote Monitoring Management

Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software is the primary tool used by IT Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to deliver IT services remotely.  Biztek recently signed an agreement with a new RMM partner that will provide a fully-featured, secure, cloud-based platform which enables Biztek to remotely secure, monitor, manage, and support client endpoints to increase service delivery efficiency.

Biztek’s new RMM seemlessly integrates with our ticket system and provides relevant, real-time data and actions in front of our technicians to help triage tickets faster, improve front-line fix rates, and resolve issues more quickly. The depth of asset information coming from our RMM into our ticket system provides clear insights, and with dashboards addressing previously unforeseen circumstances, we can respond more intelligently.

Our deployment to our clients will happen quickly in September 2021.  We anticipate a 90 day ramp up period to configure our new RMM for best practices and automation.  Our clients should see little to no impact to their business process while we work in the background to deploy our new RMM tool and remove the old tool in the process.
