Quickbooks 2018 Support Ends May 31, 2021
If you are still using Quickbooks 2018 (Pro, Premier or Enterprise), it is time to upgrade. Intuit is ending support for the 2018 version on May 31, 2021.
What Does This Mean?
End of support means that Quickbooks officially no longer supports the 2018 version, which means no more updates or technical support is available from Intuit. This will also stop any online services being used in Quickbooks, including Payroll Processing, Credit Card/Merchant Services Online Banking, etc. The software will not stop working, so if you do not use any of the services above you could continue to use the software, however, this can lead to other problems. Since there are no updates being releases, this can cause security issues, performance or reliability issues.
What You Need to Do
Purchase the 2021 version of Quickbooks before 5/31/21. Intuit supports the last 3 current versions releases of Quickbooks, meaning that after 5/31/21, Intuit will only support versions 2019, 2020 and 2021. Contact us today for help with your upgrade.
